First off, we have the story which has a faded television actor and his stunt double strive to achieve fame and success in the film industry during the final years of Hollywood's Golden Age in 1969 Los Angeles. I thought the story was very entertaining for it's first and third acts.

Next, we have the characters which overall, I thought were fantastic and the chemistry between the two main leads of Rick Dalton and Cliff Booth played by Leonardo Di Caprio and Brad Pitt carried the films weight.

As for the film's visuals I thought, I thought the cinematography was great and the design to the colour pallets, sounds and sights for 60's Hollywood brought you into the world with such detail. Moving onto the tone of the film which brought a mix of compelling drama and fun comedy which were balanced well even having some tense moments throughout. I thought the soundtrack was catchy and fit the time period of the film with a good variety of tracks.

I give Once Upon A Time In Hollywood a score of 9/10
