Demolition Man

Now we have Demolition Man

First off, we have the story which has a cop who was cryogenically frozen in the year 1996 is brought back to take down an evil crime lord. However society is very different than they remember. i thought the story was entertaining and I was hooked throughout. 

Next, we have the characters which overall, I thought were compelling and entertaining to watch as the two main leads are thrust into a new world which was very different from when they were last apart of it. Wesley sniped as the main villain stole the show as the crazy one.

Now we have the action which I found to be entertaining as well as thrilling, the fight scenes throughout the film were choreographed very well and added to the action. As for the visuals I thought the film looked really good and the new technologically advanced world was cool to see what they thought might happen from when the film came out in 1993. Moving onto the tone of the film which I found to be very interesting as it balanced the science fiction and action aspects that were present very well especially the new world of 2032 with the new rules that were set. I thought the soundtrack of the film was fitting of the film with the music during the action adding to the sequences.

Overall, I thought this film was a surprisingly good sci-fi film with very compelling characters and world that carried an entertaining story and set the film up well. 

I give Demolition Man a score of 7/10
