Deadpool

I decided to watch Deadpool 

First off we have the story which tells the origin of Wade Wilson becoming Deadpool then having to rescue his fiance Vanessa. I thought the story was very enjoyable being a fun Deadpool origin story and also a very weird love story.

Next we have the characters which overall I thought were great with Deadpool being the obvious standout with his funny comedy that involves breaking the fourth wall as well as character which was one of the best parts of the film. T.J Miller as Weasel was another enjoyable character because of his relationship with Wade.

Now we have the action which was shot really well and flowed really well and was the best part of the film. The camerawork was standout in the action scenes as it melded with the music and Deadpool. As for the visuals I thought the film looked really good and the locations used in the film fit the film and gave it a contained feeling. Moving onto the tone of the movie which was done to perfection as well and definitely felt like a Deadpool move should be: funny and violent. I thought the soundtrack of the film was used well and it fit the film to perfection. The music worked with the action the best when needed.

Overall I thought this film was very enjoyable and had much fun with it from start to finish and would watch again.

I give Deadpool a score of 9/10
